The net weight of 4100mm wide-heavy mill work rolls for 4-high finishing train is 55 tons. Its largest bear rolling force can reach 10000KN and the hardness is between 68-75HSD. According to the above technical parameter, Gong-chang used the renovated method of three-layer casting to ensure the work layer and core combine better. It will make the hardness and surface finish of the work layer excellent.
