The Yixing People's Political Consultative Conference committee members visited the workshops and detailly knew the company's production and business status in the activity. Under the serious economic situation, Gong-chang adjusts strategies in time, changes crisis into chance from self-innovation, product transition, costs reduction and so on, and strived to expand capacity of hi-tech products which meet the market demand. It successfully built up a world-class roll production and R & D base as well as gathered highland of roll talents. Later, they speaked out freely and made recommendations from talking how to delevop rapidly and better economy in special years, and how to play committee members role in enterprise service.
