The expert group of Shanghai Quality System Audit Center, four people, supervised and audited the Environment ? Occupational Health and Safety (2011) Management System of our company on Mar, 6th and 7th. The audit group authorized the company to continue and keep certification and registration alongside with certificate and mark of the Environment ? Occupational Health and Safety (2011) Management System.
The routine vice general manager said that the company would pay high attention to the relevant problems and suggestions by the audit expert group and strictly check and correct implementation in all directions according to the national laws and regulations, management standards and company documents for Gong-chang to construct safe, harmonious and beautiful environment.
The audit expert group gave full affirmation to the company on the Environment ? Occupational Health and Safety (2011) Management System. Firstly, the senior leaders pay high attention to the Safety and Environment Management System and all the staffs can actively joined in it; secondly, the company construct the learning-oriented enterprise and pay attention to the training work from the top to the base. The leaders, the cadres and the base employees can know well with the environmental factors and the daily management and specificaiton of dangerous source; thirdly, the company strengthen the recycling resources and 6S management of the scene; fourthly, the company pay attention to the employees' safety labor protection and did the corresponding occupational and routine physical examination, etc.; fifthly, the company pay high attention to the "four not pass" principles of safety and promote the daily safety management consciousness of all the staffs. The company strengthen and continuously improve the base management of environment and safety system. The effect is remarkable. The effectiveness, suitability and compliance of the environment, occupational health and safety management system are verified, which gives affirmantion to the management work of Gong-chang for its new level.
Meanwhile, the audit group put forward the following suggestions: first, do the corresponding training and promotion for the leaders, the base employees and the internal auditors according to the new requirements of new version GB/T 28001-2011; second, to promote all the staffs’ environmental protection consciousness, and call for the management personnels at all levels to strengthen supervision and inspection of the important environmental factors; third, to strengthen the corresponding dangerous substances MSDS posted, strengthen self protection consciousness, etc.
