The company held the technical quality analysis meeting 2013 at the main meeting room on Mar, 3nd. The meeting completely implemented No. 1 Document Spirit of 2013 and overall deployment of technical quality work in 2013. It reviewed the quality work in 2012 and quality situation in January and February, 2013. The relevant key work in 2013 and in the near future was arranged and deployed. The meeting mobilized the whole company to further unify thought, stably promote product quality, strengthen technology innovation, provide service to production lines, enhance quality technical talent teams on purpose of new happy Gong-chang, which is provided strong quality assurance. At the beginning, the quality department reported detailly quality situation from Jan. to Feb. and focused on main existing problems in each casting, heat treatment and machining workshops, alongside with product quality and notices. Two vice general engineers and the leaders who are in charge of heat treatment and machining workshops analyzed key points on quality problems in 2012 and at present, on improving reform suggestion and concrete work plans in 2013 in HSM, SM, heat treatment and machining workshops. Each workshop director made a relevant speech on own product quality and emphasized relevant measures in taking quality as the center. The vice general manager of production and equipment department made relevant work requirements and suggestion in casting, machining and equipment management. The vice general manager of technical quality made a relevant key introduction on scientific & technological development plan in 2013 and new key products, such as hot roughing tool steel, the latter finishing HSS and so on. Meanwhile, they emphasized the relevant directors and agenda, and introduced quality system organizaton in each line and science & technology innovation organization in all respects. They emphasized their mutual support role. Finally, the meeting ended by the president of the board for his conclusion speech. It's a new meeting with high effect and standard. He asked each workshop and department to take the opportunity of this meeting to strengthen the publicity and education training, take quality as work core, drive all the staffs to actively join the quality management work and promote the technical quality level of the staff and the company. This meeting formed uniform thought of taking the quality as the core and the production lines as the key. The department provides service needed by each workshop. The workshop heads take total responsibility for themselves and stregthen quality appraisal system. A good and fair atmosphere forms. The meeting put forward economical, high quality type modern enterprise. Over 30 persons , such as the president of the board, the vice general manager of each lines and directors of each workshop and department and so on, attended this meeting. |
