The work conference of the Youth League Branch in a new year was held smoothly in the afternoom on Feb, 27. The Party Branch valued it highly and the leaders from the Company Office as well as the Human Resources Department attended it. The secretary Mr. Chen looked back overall situation of group work in 2012, introduced the activities from the beginning of the new year. He pointed out that, since reorganization, the Communist Youth League had played the bellwether role of enterprise culture construction. It adheres to the work thinking "service for central work, service for young talents". According to annual plan, it actively educates the young employees to emancipate mind, change concepts, build confidence, cultivate market awareness, competition awareness and innovative ideas, and continuously arouses them the enthusiasm to base on the job, work hard, and make achievements. It enhances their confidence and pride sense to the company. Especially the young undergraduates' work, they also find effective work plan. They obtained honour by the company and superior Youth League Committee last year. We should make honor as pressure to strive for more achievements in a new year. The Company Office director Mr. Wang also proposed several pertinent advice to its work. Later, the participants discussed the annual plan draft in 2013 together. It is generally believed that this work must be inclusive of all the young employees in the subsidiaries. It should continuously promote service of the young volunteers. Not only inside the company but also to the society, we should completely display the young employees' spirituality like dedication love and warm-hearted public welfare. "The cutting edge exemplary post" should be set up among the young employees. The company should mobilize their competition awareness to the full to promote post skill, arouse work enthusiasm and make more contribution for the business production and management through examples of innovation and creating excellence. Besides, the entertainment activities with characteristic style, such as "Learning from Lei Feng on March, 5", special topics like "July, 1" , Mid-autumn, National Day, New Year's Day etc. should be carefully organized and continuously promoted. Meanwhile, try to carry out field training to fly mood and edify sentiment. The Youth League Branch expanded work thinking and firm work confidence through this conference.
