The worker conference to welcome Spring Festival was held at the meeting room on 3rd floor of administration building on Jan, 28th, 2013.  About 30 representatives working hard on all positions attended it. The vice general manager, Mr. Huang Huagen, the vice secretary of the General Party branch Mr. Zhang Yan, the general manager consultant, Mr. Yu Yanshun, attended the conference. Mr. Zhang Yan hosted it.
The secretary Zhang passionately said that all the workers especially the representatives could give full play to the team spirit and technological advantage on the development process in 2012. That laid a solid foundation for further development of the company in 2013. The representatives spoke out freely on the conference. Several old workers contrasted past misery with present happiness, expressed deep affection of Gong-chang, proposed valuable opinions to train new employees and actively came up with new and better ways for future Gong-chang; The comrades just joining the party also spoke enthusiastically that they would endeavour to be good Chinese communist party members and the team leaders in work and life; several new middle-level cadres expressed sincere thanks for platform and development space given by the company and would be sure to work hard. They wouldn't live up to the company leadership for their trust and care.
The worker representatives widely communicated with the company leadership, shared work experience in Gong-chang and put forward the requirements and suggestions for the development of the company.
In the end, Mr. Huang Huagen did a meeting summary involving five aspects which would be discussed at the office meeting. Meanwhile, he analyzed the development situation of the industry at home and abroad and the company's development strategy with all the representatives, He hoped that they must keep learning, keep improving, innovate, carry forward the fine tradition to lead a further model role among the staffs in future work.
