To create high-quality technical staff, improve basic management level, promote steady product quality, promote the employees' enthusiasm and bold innovation, the Human Resource Department held the technical title personnel backbone symposium at the meeting room on the third floor on Dec, 21, 2012. Over 30 people attended it, including the routine vice general manager, the related department heads and technical backbones who have the title of above technician. The professional executives and technical experts in the workshops made detailed reports from their own positions, work thinking and so on. They communicated with each other on work mind. Meanwhile, they proposed constructive opinions on cost control, quality management, product efficiency. All think, that the company insist on holding appraisal and carrying out promotion system of technical professional title makes the company prominent to value the construction of technical backbones and teams. They express to continuously promote their own professional quality and work efficiency. The related department heads teached the present technical backbones their own experience. They emphasized that, as the technical backbones and operators, they should keep full mental state, with look-ahead plan and keep improving in order to become ambitious persons with thought. They should take the lead in any position. The heads encouraged them to promote operation skills and at the same time pass on experience to new employees. Meanwhile, The technical department heads also proposed their own conceptions and ideas on enlargement and train of technical teams in 2013. In the end, the routine vice general manager made conclusions. He deeply analysed the present technical team status. He said, the company couldn't achieve wonderful benefits and market competition without hard devotion of technical backbones through these development years.
