In order to ensure that QMS 2008 effectively carries out and accept external audit in Aug. and Sep., to get all the departments strictly carry out according to the quality system standard and the company system documents, to ensure the product quality stably improved and quality management constantly improved, GC started internal audit for two days in accordance with internal audit plan 2012. The vice manager Mr. Chu Xinglin taked charge of the internal audit. There were four terms, 3 auditors per term. During the period, the auditors taked all-sided evidence by means of referring to the documents, looking up the workshops, face-to-face questions, and sample survey. With big support of all the departments and workshops, the audit found a series of unqualified areas exist and indicated the work needed to improve. All the problems were sent to relevant department in unqualified report and asked to improve within a time limit. So the company will enhance the training work, control the documents and details in product process (such as operation, records) and so on. The audit result was that the quality management work would constantly, effectively carry out in terms of QMS 2008. That ensured the product quality stably improved and quality management constantly improved. |
