Gongchang successfully held a meeting of “Youth Day, Dedication” for party activists and outstanding young employee representatives at the mutifunctional meeting room yesterday afternoon.
To welcome the 90th anniversary of China Communist Youth League, the first meeting of young employees was held with the help of the chairman, the General Party Branch and the Communist Youth League Branch. The theme is “Youth Day, Dedication” for motivating the young to create green Gongchang by their green years and ambition.
The meeting was hosted by the secretary of the Youth League Branch Committee of the company. At the beginning, all watched a short vedio “The Members of the Communist Party”. It reviewed a moved story which many representatives of outstanding communist party struggled to liberate and revitalize our country in the different historical period. Then, the secretart played over 20 old photos by PPT to introduce the brilliant development process of the May Fourth Movement and China Communist Youth League. All had a deep impression on hard development of Communist Youth League and admired the astounded achievements of the old Communist Youth League through the big historical events and the wellknown historical figures.
According to the meeting process, 8 young representatives from all levels had speechs on their gropes and attempts for Gongchang and life goals in their posts since being a member of the company, whose dedication and results are known . After free communication, all generally thought as follows: Performance, patience, gratefulness; according to your major needs, solving problems and surpassing yourselves; keeping a innovative passion, not stoping, so that we will follow up the development of the company and our common career will be on scientific way!
In the end, the vice secretary of the General Party Branch Mr. Zhang Yan read the proposal on “Dedication in your post for a bright future” commonly written by the General Party Branch and Youth League Branch. He called all of the young people to have a correct thought and know current situation. At the time of low and winter industry, every young people shall firmly convince that a new spring is coming, and have a spirit of love work “Flourish company, our honor; fading company, our shame”. We shall firmly remember the regulations “8 honors -8 shames” proposed by the chairman. We shall carefully carry out the procedures of process technology and safe produce operation, and strive to be first, have heavy loads and new breakthrough in the technology, management and system innovation. We shall strive to find more ideas and ways to get more actual effects on reducing cost and energy, improving quality, worksite management and so on, to roundly promote power and market competitiveness of the company. Meanwhile, we shall keep learning and promote ourselves to be models! We shall make full use of advantages of the young people and put ourselves into our posts with striving confidence, courage and passion to carry forward the spirit of May fourth “Patriotism, progress, democracy, science” and make new greater dedication for the sustainable development of the company. The proposal affectionately encouraged all of the participants.
Later, the general manager Mr. Shao also said that the proposal was a kind of expection and vision. The spirits drive the youth to make more brilliant dedication and calmly face any possible challenges in the future! The general manager also introduced us the hard creative work since founding the company in 1958 and teached us to firmly remember the basic belief in addition to innovation of work idea under the new period. Only if we unite and coordinate, a brilliant future of GC will smoothly appear.
Then, the secretary of the General Party Branch Mr. Zhang made a deep analysis on how to keep advancement of the Communist Party and how to play pioneer roll in the posts. At the same time of introducing necessary conditions for joining the Party, he encouraged all the youth to strive for excellent results and perfect personnal morality to be a member of the Communist Party. In the end, the company leaders and the young representatives watched the motivational patriotic film “Qian Xuesen”.
At the end of the film, the general manager Mr. Shao emotionally said that China researched and manufactured two Bombs in the poor condition, comparing with it, the basis of GC was stronger than it. All the middle cadres should learn from Qian Xuesen whose career attitude was the key for winning. Action, start right now!
